Magnificent and brilliant location in a downtown area, short walk to downtown New Orleans, French Quarter, and the cruise port. The rooms on electronics. Assorted breakfast to start the day with waffles and eggs sausage waffles, for example.

The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities provided were clean.

This hotel was impeccably clean and big size.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable - relatively near a triple-spired 18th-century cathedral. We were offered free of charge and nice hot breakfast with great selections.

The room was spacious and the location was great, just a short walk to key attractions. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and my room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay despite requesting it. It was a pleasant experience but with some room for improvement.

Excellent location, near the French Quarter, Centre and river.

We had problems with the Housekeeping service, which was always very late. We would go out early for a walk, and when we came back to the room and wanted to rest, the cleaning was never done. The maids' answers were always inconsiderate and rude. The staff at the entrance desk tried to manage this without success. Finally, after three consecutive days of being in the lobby for an hour and a half waiting for the room to be cleaned, we were promised, as compensation, a 25% discount on the final price. At the time of the check-out, the service staff was not aware of this and we had further discussions. Finally, we got a 25% discount on three of the five nights we had booked. Other problems: my wife's wallet was stolen during breakfast from the back of her chair. A jacket she was holding while we were checking in was also missing. We do not blame the hotel staff for these thefts, but it is clear that there is not enough surveillance or security. Never, in many years of travelling in many countries and hotels in Europe, USA and South America, had anything been stolen from us in a hotel, until now.

The location is spot on, just a short walk to the French Quarter and Canal Street. The room had a great view, and I loved the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable. The staff greeted me with smiles and were helpful . Housekeeping kept the room tidy, though they could have been a bit more consistent with daily cleanings. Breakfast was acceptable, but I expected more variety. A couple of the items, like the juice and milk, had off tastes. The walls were thin, so I heard street noise and my neighbors, hard to fully relax sometimes. Despite that, the overall vibe of the hotel was friendly and cute, perfect for exploring the city. I'd definitely consider returning and hope for better breakfast options next time.
